Our map is your guide to touring our region. Learn about alpaca breeding and shearing — meet the animals that produce the wool for the sweater that keeps you warm on crisp winter nights. Plan your wedding overlooking the ocean or beside a cozy pond. Pick berries and flowers in the spring, apples in the summer, and pumpkins and gourds in the fall. Go on a cattle roundup, watch baby animals amid fields of flowers that luxuriously cover our rolling green hillsides in the spring. Celebrate our wine grape harvest in the golden hills of fall while staying in a bed and breakfast in our glorious countryside. Each of our producers briefly described their operation on the map to make it easy for you to decide who and when to visit.

We are out of Maps! In the past few years, our printed map has been so popular we have disbursed nearly 150,000 copies!  This is due in part to the wonderful exposure we had, and continue to receive from Huell Howser and his California Road Trip series.  We also saw a high demand for our maps in the California Visitors Centers; and through our local Chambers, Cities, and Visitors & Conference Bureau.

We regret we will not be able to fulfill further postal mailed map requests until we are able to raise the funds to publish a new version.  In the interim please use the link below to download an online version which you can view online or print out on your home computer system.

Colorful map cover for for your ag adventure

Our members who have chosen to be destination sites are opening up their homes and businesses so that they can enrich their lives and yours. They welcome the opportunity to show you, and your children, where food starts on its journey to your table — sometimes a few feet to the roadside stand, or most times on the long trip to the supermarket shelves.

Our farmers look forward to answering your questions about their livelihood. Visit our producers and put a "farmer's face" on the food that ends up on your table. Take the opportunity to buy direct from the farm. Relish the sweet crispness of a just-picked melon or the old-fashioned richness in the taste of an heirloom tomato.
